Owner of SIMCO General Contracting

Todd Siemers, owner and project manager for SIMCO, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He started his own general contracting business specializing in new and remodel construction so he could provide his clients with the high level of customer service and attention to detail he knew they deserved. Todd has build relationships with many owners, architects, and subcontractors over the years by building with integrity, hard work, and determination.

Ty Siemers, project superintendent for SIMCO, has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Ty has managed and provided supervisory roles for projects of various sizes and nature, including both commercial and residential construction. He has experience framing and overseeing the construction of luxury homes in the Rocky Mountains. This gives him extensive insight into large construction projects, which shows in all of SIMCO’s final products.
